What is eligible for Return/Exchange?

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

📌 Note: Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution.

🕐 Time Frame

  • You must raise a return/exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests raised beyond this window will not be eligible.

📦 Return/Exchange Charges

  • Prepaid OrdersFREE return or exchange.
  • COD coming soon! Meanwhile, enjoy secure prepaid options with extra 5% off.

🎥 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To process any return or exchange request, an unboxing video (showing the unopened parcel) is required. Please ensure the video clearly shows the issue. This helps us serve you better.

💰 Refunds

  • All approved prepaid refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • No cash refunds

📌 Additional Notes

  • Returned items must be in unused, unwashed, original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • If we fail to arrange a pickup at your location, we may ask you to self-ship the product to our address, and we’ll reimburse you with store credit.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted, and you must follow the return process.
