4. Where can I place my order?

You can place your order through the “Shop” option on our website: www.mammahug.co.in.

5. Can I place orders over the phone?

Typically, all orders should be placed through our website. However, if you encounter any issues, feel free to call or email us for assistance.

6. Can I order via email?

We prefer orders to be placed through our website. If you're having trouble, please contact us for an alternative solution.

7. What if I like a product that’s out of stock?

Please reach out to us, and we’ll inform you about availability and the estimated lead time.

8. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges only in the case of wrong or damaged products.
Returns are not accepted if a customer simply changes their mind or due to minor color variations (as colors may vary slightly due to screen/display differences).

9. How do I raise a return or exchange request?

Please reach out to us at help@mammahug.co.in within 24 hours of receiving your product. Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear unboxing video showing the issue
    Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.

10. Is there a charge for returns?

Prepaid orders: Returns/exchanges are free.

Cash on Delivery (COD - Coming Soon): A 100 return handling charge will apply.

11. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued as store credit to your Mammahug wallet within 2–3 business days after the returned item passes quality check.

12. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

13. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible. For cancellation requests, write to us at orders@mammahug.co.in as early as possible.

14. What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–9 days based on your location. Sundays and national holidays are non-shipping days.

15. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we proudly ship across India from our warehouse with love and care. All prepaid orders enjoy free shipping.

16. What if I missed the delivery?

Don’t worry! If the delivery attempt fails, we’ll try a second time after speaking with you. If the second attempt also fails, a third attempt will be made with additional shipping charges.

17. Are your products handmade?

Yes, most of our products are carefully curated and crafted by Indian artisans. Please note that slight variations may occur - these are not defects, but part of their natural beauty.
